1. General
These terms govern the relationship between Mireya (hereinafter "the Merchant") and any natural or legal person placing a bouquet order through the mireya.fr website. The site is published by Mireya; the host is Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany.
2. Orders
Orders are placed through the checkout form on the website. After receiving an order, our manager will contact you in the chosen messenger (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) to confirm the details and send a payment link.
3. Payment
There is no online payment on the website. The payment link is sent by our manager after the order is confirmed. Accepted methods: bank card (via secure link), bank transfer. Payment is made before delivery.
4. Delivery
We deliver in Paris (intra-muros). Often same-day — the exact time is confirmed by our manager after the order and depends on the order time and current workload. Orders placed before 14:00 may be delivered the same day.
5. Right of withdrawal and exchange
Under Article L221-28 (4°) of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly — which is the case for fresh cut flowers. If there is a quality issue at the moment of delivery, contact us within 2 hours and we will find a solution (exchange or refund).
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, together with any legal relations arising from the use of the mireya.fr website and the goods and services ordered through it, are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the competent courts of Paris.
