Right of withdrawal & refunds
Because the goods are live flowers, refund rules are more specific than for a standard online shop. Three scenarios:
1. Before preparation (≥ 4 hours to delivery)
Full refund to the original payment method. No deductions. Processing time up to 5 business days.
2. After preparation, before delivery
Refund minus the cost of flowers (typically 30–50% of the order). The exact figure depends on the bouquet and is confirmed by a manager.
3. After delivery
The right of withdrawal does not apply under Article L221-28 (4°) of the French Consumer Code (perishable goods). For quality issues — see the “Freshness guarantee” page.
Refund processing time
5 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer — up to 7 business days.
